This is aimed at people interested in learning the correct syntax of our krio language.
Right, hello again. Thank you for being here and welcome to the very first short course at Krio Kɔlɛj. This will be one of very few times that the course will be done in English. This first course is to learn the Krio Alfabɛt which like in all other languages is central to speaking and writing. Once we have mastered the alfabɛt and all its sounds we will proceed to conduct further courses in Krio. All courses are designed to improve conversational and written Krio.
See picture attached for all vowels, special digraphs in Krio and their sounds. Swipe for usage in Krio sentences. All other letters are the same as in the English alphabet but sound different. The great thing about Krio is that words are pronounced exactly as they are spelt. One sound per symbol. Master the vowels and you're there.
